Bayer MaterialScience lifts force majeure for TDI in Europe

With immediate effect, Bayer MaterialScience has lifted force majeure for the polyurethane raw material toluene diisocyanate (TDI) in the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) region.
The damage to the company’s chlorine electrolysis plant at the Brunsbüttel site has been repaired. The TDI facility with its total production capacity of 125,000 tons per year has thus returned to normal production.
