BASF increases prices for polyetheramines

Effective immediately, or as existing contracts permit, BASF will increase prices for polyetheramines in Asia, Europe and South America by 220 USD/mt or 150 EUR/mt respectively for the entire portfolio. BASF has previously announced a similar price increase for polyetheramines in the NAFTA region effective September 1st.

Polyetheramines are used in a wide variety of applications in the epoxy, polyurea, polyurethane and oil-field industries. As a leading global producer of polyetheramines BASF operates world-scale plants for these products in Ludwigshafen (Germany) and in Geismar (USA).
