Cyclics Corporation announces additions to Board of Directors and changes in management

Cyclics Corporation has announced the addition of three new members to its Board of Directors. Joining the Board are Cyclics' President and CEO, Glenn Decker, as Board Chairman, and long-time members of Cyclics' management team Gary Faler and Roman Eder. Additional organizational changes include Roman Eder, managing director of Cyclics Europe GmbH, assuming responsibility for worldwide sales and marketing. Robert Sinuc, vice president of manufacturing, will assume responsibility for all day-to-day management and legal authority for Cyclics' operations in Germany. Founders John Ciovacco and Ted Eveleth will be stepping down from the Board of Directors.
