Glenn Decker to Lead Cyclics as President and CEO
Cyclics Corporation announced that Glenn J. Decker has joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer. Decker will lead Cyclics through the next phases of the company's growth. Areas of focus include driving a commercially-focused corporate culture, expanding leading edge product and application development, and supporting manufacturing growth consistent with the high demand for CBT® resin. Previously, Decker served as President of the Industrial Division of Emhart Teknologies, a subsidiary of Black & Decker Corporation.
Decker holds bachelors degrees from St. Louis University in mathematics and chemistry and from Washington University in chemical engineering and earned a Master of Management in marketing and finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Ted Eveleth will continue to lead the company's efforts in investment management and finance as Chairman. John Ciovacco will continue to lead the global business development effort. Ciovacco led the five member team that purchased 48 patents from GE Plastics to found Cyclics in 1999.
