2005/2006 Aldrich Handbook Aims to "Advance Science" in Research
Sigma-Aldrich will release its Aldrich brand's latest handbook of fine chemicals and laboratory equipment. With a new easy-to-read two column format, over 34,000 total products, including 2,500 new listings, more than 20,000 chemical structures/linear formulas, updated application notes and literature citations, and cross-reference indices and tables, the latest Aldrich Handbook continues to provide physical scientists with the broadest spectrum of research tools.
"We've listened to what our customers had to say and made a number of changes in order to provide them with an improved scientific information tool," said John Radke, Market Manager for Aldrich. "The Handbook is a key part of our dedication to customers through innovation, service, support and quality to help them advance science."
In nearly 3,400 pages, the 2005-2006 edition serves as a technical sourcebook with new and innovative products, many initiated by customers' suggestions, in such areas as organic synthesis, drug discovery, catalysis, material science and stable isotopes, as well as specialty and niche glassware and laboratory equipment products. Sigma-Aldrich's commitment to science and new product development is visible in its half century of market leadership, unrivaled manufacturing expertise and new $70 million facilities at the Aldrich headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
