Reimelt Henschel MischSysteme - Merger of two technological

As of 1 July 2004 Kero AG, Dieburg, joint stockholder, has merged the business activities of the Mixing Technology Division of Henschel Industrietechnik, Kassel, and the Chemical Technology Division of Reimelt GmbH, Rödermark, to form Reimelt Henschel MischSysteme GmbH.

The newly-created company, headed by Ralf Neubeck and Jörg Rasbieler and based in Kassel and Rödermark, focuses the outstanding competence of two technological leaders who have had a formative influence on mechanical process technology with more than 20,000 supplied systems and a large number of patented innovations. Customers in the plastics processing and chemical industries now have an extended portfolio of integrated solutions for material handling and mixing technology at their disposal for turnkey systems, starting with raw materials supply and storage through to semi-finished and intermediate products. The familiar teams at both sites will be backed up by a network of specialists for process technology, sales and service. The global presence of Reimelt Henschel MischSysteme is ensured by its worldwide network of subsidiaries, marketing companies and service partners.
