X-Rite Partners With ABB to Deliver Complete Color Control Solution
Barcelona Oct. 14, 2002 - X-Rite, Incorporated, a leading global provider of technology solutions measuring color, light and shape, today announced a unique partnership with the printing business unit of ABB. In a joint effort, X-Rite will combine its ATD News Scanning Densitometer with ABB's MPS Control Console to deliver a complete closed-loop color measurement solution for profiling the press. This comprehensive solution optically measures color levels from a unique test image on newspaper copy and automatically sets ink zone values correspondingly for rapid and reliable quality control.
