Convincing performance by CHEMIE.DE at analytica 2014

An over 22 percent increase in industry contacts at the booth

16-Apr-2014 - Germany

A complete success - this sums up CHEMIE.DE Information Service's appearance at analytica 2014 in Munich. Europe's largest online information platform for the chemical, life science and analytics industries caught the attention of the visitors with an eye-catching, ideally placed booth and an appealing trade fair concept. Managing Director Stefan Knecht is delighted with the outcome. "We have exceeded our targets. For an internet company like CHEMIE.DE, the trade fair is one of the few opportunities to speak face-to-face with the users of our information portals - and we made the most of that."

CHEMIE.DE Information Service GmbH

In particular the search features of CHEMIE.DE's internet portals made an impact on the visitors to the booth. In contrast to traditional search engines, they help find answers to specific industry-related questions much faster and easier.

CHEMIE.DE took a significantly larger team to this year's event. "This strategy has also proved successful," says Eva Pach, responsible for organising the trade fair appearance. "What we have learned from the many conversations is that online advertising is seen to become increasingly important. With its more than 14 years of experience as a reliable partner, CHEMIE.DE supports its customers in their online marketing activities."

Another highlight: the new knowledge platform www.q-more.com

The analytica 2014 also saw the launch of the new and unique knowledge network www.q-more.com. Based on q&more, the international journal of scientists, this innovative platform presents knowledge in a clear and enthusiastic way, thereby creating a fascinating communications experience. In a unique cooperation within the industry, the q&more portal is provided jointly by succidia AG in Darmstadt (Germany) and the CHEMIE.DE Information Service GmbH in Berlin. Mettler Toledo, a leading manufacturer of precision instruments based in Switzerland, supports the new communication platform in the interest of scientific progress.
