TRIPLAN absorbs business in Germany for the former TEBODIN Gelsenkirchen
Upon the signature of the purchase contract, the company TRIPLAN AG has (in the context of an asset deal) absorbed business in Germany for the company TEBODIN B.V., which was formerly part of the TEBODIN Consultants & Engineers GmbH; this is to take effect on September 1, 2012. This transaction is subject to the typical conditions - e.g. approval by antitrust authorities. This absorption brings a major boost to TRIPLAN's project business on the national and international level. "The long-standing and experienced employees are a valuable reinforcement of our expertise in project management,“ according to Peter Stromberger, the CEO of TRIPLAN AG, in a statement made upon the signature of the purchase contract.
