AnalytiChem expands its Life Science presence with acquisition of cleanroom microbiology expert
AnalytiChem Holding GmbH today has announced the acquisition of Cherwell Laboratories Ltd (Cherwell) a leading provider of cleanroom microbiology solutions for effective management of controlled environments and processes.
Founded in 1971, Cherwell serves customers in the UK and several other countries with mission critical products in pharmaceutical and industries of similar ultra-high cleanliness requirements. Located in Bicester (Oxford), UK, its manufactured products and services help Cherwell’s clients ensure their aseptic areas are fit for purpose by providing quality assured prepared culture media and environmental monitoring products.
