Nuvera Fuel Cells Announces New Board Members

Nuvera Fuel Cells announced the addition of three new members to its Board of Directors – F. Borden Walker, Executive Vice President and President, Marketing and Refining at Hess Corporation; Timothy B. Goodell, Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Hess Corporation; and Larry Burns who serves as Senior Advisor to the Chairman of Hess Corporation. The new members succeed J. Barclay Collins and John Gartman, who both stepped down from Nuvera’s Board after nine years of service.
