Convenience USA Selects TelaPoint’s Internet Petroleum Supply Chain Solution
Durham, North Carolina based convenience store operator and petroleum marketer will implement TelaFuel to manage fuel replenishment processes
LOUISVILLE, KY — May 29, 2002 — TelaPoint, Inc., a leading Internet supply chain software provider for the Convenience Store and Petroleum industry, today announced that Convenience USA has selected its TelaFuelTM Internet software solution to streamline and manage its fuel replenishment process. Convenience USA will use TelaFuel, a browser-based application suite, to improve management of fuel replenishment operations across more than 170 convenience stores located in the southeastern United States. With TelaFuel, Convenience USA will electronically process fuel replenishment transactions with preferred fuel carriers to better manage petroleum inventories and supply logistics, resulting in lower costs, greater administrative efficiency and enhanced relationships with transportation suppliers.
