The IfADo – Leibniz Research Centre for Working Environment and Human Factors investigates the demands, potentials and risks of modern work life from various perspectives – ranging from the indivdual cell to the entire workplace. As a result, we conduct multidisciplinary research with the overarching goal to provide benefit and welfare to the working individual and society.
