Litesizer DIA Series
Litesizer DIA Series: Dynamic image analysis that sets new boundaries
With the widest size range at highest resolution: dispersions from 0.5 μm and powders up to 16 mm
Fully integrated into the proven and intuitive Kalliope software
High safety standards and degree of automation including quick-click technology and sample changer

Particle size and shape from 500 nanometers
With the Litesizer DIA series, particle shapes and sizes can be easily and reliably characterized using dynamic image analysis.
Litesizer DIA 700: The top model offers the highest resolution on the market with a pixel size of 0.5 μm and simultaneous detection of particles up to 16,000 μm (Litesizer DIA 500: from 0.8 μm, Litesizer DIA 100: from 10 μm).
Applies to all models in the series:
- Combination of high-speed camera and powerful software delivers fast data processing in accordance with ISO13322-2. - Three modules are available: Liquid Flow, Dry Jet or Free Fall. The modules can be changed with a single hand movement, without handling hoses or cables. - Maximum freedom with maximum user-friendliness: All particle images with shape and size parameters can be displayed and individually filtered in the measuring software. - Highly automated sample supply, liquid handling and simplified sample addition thanks to digital concentration display and much more. - High safety standards such as protective hood and suction check
