Fast, Precise and Easy To Use

The unique Supermini200 WDXRF system is ideal for fast and precise elemental analysis. With a 200 W X-ray source and 10- or 12-position sample changer, the Supermini200 provides high-throughput analysis.

User-friendly ZSX software caters to all your measurement and analytical needs. The EZ Scan function makes it easy to obtain high-quality measurement results without the need for analytically trained personnel. Thanks to its SQX algorithm, the Supermini200 delivers excellent results in non-standard analyses. In addition to customer-specific calibrations, there are packages for oxidic substances, cement types, petrochemicals, oils, steels, and ceramics. Furthermore, experienced application specialists will work with you to develop the optimum calibration for your application so you can achieve the best possible results.

Low Cost of Ownership

The Supermini200 has been used worldwide for many years, requiring little maintenance and the lowest operating costs.

Thin Films

Researchers and process engineers use the Supermini200 for fast, non-destructive analysis of the composition and thickness of thin films, including multi-layer structures such as photovoltaic cells, using Rigaku’s state-of-the-art thin-film FP software.

 Mining and Ores

The Supermini200 is suitable for analyzing ores and concentrates of base and rare metals such as copper, nickel, iron, and coal. It is ideal for small labs at mining sites, satellite labs, or a central lab as a backup system for large WDXRF.

Coatings

The Supermini200 can determine the weight and elemental composition of metallic and non-metallic coatings and surface finishes on steel or aluminum panels.

Extremely low detection limits for S, P, and Cl and the ability to analyze many other elements make the Supermini200 an attractive analyzer for petroleum refineries and biofuel plants.
