ECH Elektrochemie Halle GmbH produces and distributes analysis systems for the testing of battery components and their raw materials. With the Karl Fischer titrator AQUA 40.00 Vario/Vario PLUS, you can determine the water content of battery components precisely and in accordance with standards as per ASTM D 6304. Samples of all types can be heated out at up to 300 °C. You can determine the water content of battery electrodes at temperatures up to 1300 °C with the AQUA 40.00 with HT 1300 high-temperature oven.
For weighing and measurements under controlled conditions, the GloveBox is designed and manufactured in individual sizes according to customer requirements.
The Titramax VT ACID/BASE determines the carbonate and CO2 contents in cathode materials according to ISO 11045-1. You can determine the H2S concentration in battery electrolytes with the H2S analyser Sulfimax GX Go and thus avoid interference from hydrogen sulphide.
You save valuable material and unnecessary costs with the SnLayer, determining the layer thickness of metal surfaces on wires and strips in only around 8 min.
