This is an innovative combination of centrifugal and self-rotating motion. The ratio between the two movements significantly influences the result. Despite the absence of an integrated vacuum pump, the Thinky ARE-250 offers a special degassing mode that ensures effective degassing for low to medium viscosity media. In this mode, the ratio between inherent rotation and centrifugal motion is reduced to focus on centrifugal forces. Slight recirculation ensures that the sample does not segregate. In most cases, the mixing process is completed within 1-2 minutes, while complete degassing often takes 4-5 minutes. The degassing mode is particularly suitable for temperature-sensitive media or if the temperature would exceed the permissible temperature of the bucket material. Here, the medium heats up only minimally or not at all, as the circulation rate is very low. In addition, the higher speed of the centrifugal movement enables effective degassing.

The entire process is program-controlled, so you can program up to five consecutive steps, consisting of mixing and degassing steps. Pauses without movement are also possible.
