Glass reactors:

Büchi Midipilot

Versatility and precision in stirring, extracting, homogenizing with the MidiPilot glass reactor

C3 Prozess- und Analysentechnik GmbH

Discover the MidiPilot, a versatile glass reactor (15-30 liters) for a wide variety of applications such as stirring, extracting, homogenizing and more.

The solid stainless steel frame provides stability and safety for the glass apparatus.

The chemical-resistant lid with PFA coating houses a double-acting, explosion-proof stirrer shaft seal as well as valve technology, safety devices and other additional components. Thanks to our advanced agitator shaft seal, optimized over decades, you and your product are protected from interactions.

The explosion-proof drive allows variable speed control via a handwheel.

Optionally, the entire system is also available as a clean room version. Choose from different materials for agitator shaft and agitator geometries ( anchor, propeller, impeller, etc.). Our unique Buchi-Flex connection system ensures stress-free and flexible assembly between the glass components. The components that come into contact with the product are metal-free as standard and are made of glass, glass lined, PTFE and PFA. This allows the use in the pharmaceutical and electronics industries, e.g. in pilot plants or for small-scale production as synthesis reactors.

Experience the versatility and quality of the Buchi glass reactor series.
