BUCHI MINICLAVE
Flexible small reactor systems - acid resistance, visual control and individual customization options for a wide range of applications!
Flexible small reactor system for a wide range of applications.
Borosilicate glass reactor offers high acid resistance and allows visual process control. Available in 10 bar glass reactors with volumes from 100 ml to 300 ml (for smaller volumes from 10 ml see "tinyclave") and optionally interchangeable with steel reactors up to 100 bar. The steel reactors are also available with PTFE inliners for increased corrosion resistance.
The reactors are temperature controlled with combined heating-magnetic plates for effective mixing. The lid assembly can be customized and provides space for numerous accessories and/or sensors. Type 3 steel reactors for higher pressure and temperature applications are available. PTFE inliners allow the use of interchangeable glass reactors with different volumes. Heat resistant fittings allow catalyst screenings to be performed simultaneously in one furnace. Small volume dosing and sampling are possible by using a septum adapter.
The Miniclave inert is a universal pressure reactor that can be operated with various interchangeable glass reactors. All wetted materials are "non-metallic" and chemically inert.
