zenon MTP Suite

With the zenon MTP Suite you optimize your own production processes in accordance to the Namur Open Architecture. It consists of six services. The MTP Editor allows a simple creation and editing of the MTP file for new or existing equipment. The Validation Service of MTP files ensures the compatibility directly when configuring a new MTP file. Each MTP file is a template for a specific piece of equipment, the Management of PEA instances allows you to create multiple instances from these templates. The Process Orchestration takes care of connecting the validated files. The PEA Software Suite allows manufacturers to control their modular processes, using a state-of-the-art HMI to achieve manufacturing line optimization. The MTP Gateway connects existing equipment and forwards the relevant information to the orchestration via OPC UA.
