The LabClave reactors from JUCHHEIM Laborgeräte GmbH offer maximum robustness for use in laboratories and pilot plants. They can be used as a pure batch reactor or integrated into a pilot plant.
The high-pressure autoclaves are available in volumes from 0.1 to 100 liters. The pressure ranges from vacuum to 300 bar. Wetted surfaces can be made of stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium, tantalum or PTFE/PFA. The finely polished surfaces make cleaning the reaction vessels almost effortless.
The temperature is controlled either via a double jacket with oil flow, an electric heating jacket or an integrated heating/cooling coil. The optional reactor lift makes it easier to lift, lower and tilt the reactor and brings it into a back-friendly cleaning position. Many other available options, such as agitators, sensors, dosing and sampling systems, round off the tailor-made solution for your process.
