BASF increases prices for its oxo-alcohols, solvents and plasticizers product range
BASF is increasing prices for oxo-alcohols, solvents and plasticizers in Europe and Asia with immediate effect or as contracts allow.
Prices will be increased in Europe by EUR 60 per metric ton. In Asia the price increase will be 150 US $ per metric ton.
Price increases in North America have been previously announced.
Increased costs for feedstock such as Naphtha and Ortho Xylene as well as higher energy and fuel costs force the move, according to the company.
