INEOS NOVA Acquisition of Sterling Capacity Clears FTC Review
INEOS NOVA LLC announced that its acquisition of exclusive rights to the styrene production from Sterling Chemicals' Texas City, Texas, manufacturing facility has cleared Hart Scott Rodino review by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission mergers and Acquisitions Branch. The exclusive rights agreement is now effective.
