Chemtura names Nicol VP, Global Building & Construction Industries
Chemtura Corporation has appointed James Nicol Vice President, Global Building & Construction Industries. He reports directly to polymer additives Group President Anne Noonan.

Mr. Nicol has global responsibility for sustainable, profitable growth of Chemtura's heat stabilizers, flame retardants, anti-oxidants and polymer modifiers in the Building & Construction industry.
Mr. Nicol has been in specialty chemicals for 24 years, progressing through technology, sales, marketing and business management. Most recently he served as Chemtura's business director for Performance Brominated Flame Retardants. He has lived and worked in both Europe and America and has held positions of global responsibility for 15 years.
A graduate of Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland, Nicol holds a Bachelor of Science with honours in Applied Chemistry.
