Edgar Gandelheidt appointed Chairman of the Board of Management of Brückner Formtec
Brückner Technology Holding GmbH, the management holding company of Brückner Group in Siegsdorf, has strengthened its business unit of cast film lines: In addition to his responsibilities as CEO of Kiefel extrusion GmbH, which is based in Worms, Edgar Gandelheidt will be taking on the responsibility as Chairman of the Board of Management of Brückner Formtec GmbH.
Brückner Formtec supplies film and sheet lines. The range of machinery covers cast film and sheet extrusion, focussing on the rapidly growing CPP and PET markets. Kiefel Extrusion, acquired 2007, is a supplier of blown film extrusion systems and film winders for the packaging industry.
According to the company this decision will enable Brückner Group to make optimum use of the substantial synergy potential among the areas of blown film and cast film. Customers in the packaging industry will profit from these significant additions to the respective product ranges, as well as from an impressive selection of complete one-stop technological solutions.
