Capsulution Supports Training of Young People in the Field of Nanotechnology
Cooperation with the Staatliche Studienakademie Riesa Will Be Expanded
The ideal mix of theory and practice is the principle thought behind the cooperation with the Academy, which is located in Saxony. The alternating phases of work within an industrial company and the academy itself form an alternative to a common course of studies and thus have a dual character. With a course duration of only three years, it is the shortest course of studies of its kind and ensures an early start in professional life. Capsulution takes on the role of practical training partner and training company.
"For Capsulution, this cooperation is extremely advantageous as we are thus able to take up early contact to the best students of the year. We aim to make our company known to these talented young people and offer them a position with us," states Alexander Herrmann, CFO of Capsulution.
Training emphases at Capsulution are in particular the manufacture and characterization of nano and micro capsules, the introduction to general working techniques in the formulation of active substances and the carrying out of special analyses (HPLC, UV-VIS, etc.). Chemical modification of polymers, substance separation and surface functionalization are further contents for practical training courses.
