Makhteshim Agan gets prepared for accelerated growth in Rimon sales. Rimon has been sold all over the world for the past five years. The first version of the product was launched in 2000, after five years of development and preparation of the registration file. Since then, Rimon has been registered in 54 countries, including the U.S.A., Brazil, Japan, India, Argentina and Israel. Sales of Rimon in 2004 posted strong growth to reach tens of millions of dollars.
Rimon benefits from the fact that it is not toxic for humans and is friendly to the environment. It has a wide range of uses, and affords protection for many crops against numerous types of pests. Furthermore, Rimon is also used for protection in non-crop areas such as malaria and West Nile virus mosquitoes, and domestic pests.
