Dr. Saied Tousi Named Senior Vice President of Pall Corporation

East Hills, NY (09/07/01)—Eric Krasnoff, Chairman and CEO of Pall Corporation announced today the promotion of Dr. Saied Tousi to Senior Vice President, Scientific and laboratory services (SLS) for Pall Corporation. Pall's SLS organization is a global network of highly trained scientists who work with customers to solve their most complex and demanding contamination problems.

Dr. Tousi, 42, began his career with Pall Corporation in 1986 as a Staff Scientist. He has held many key positions in the Company's SLS organization including Corporate Vice President responsible for Pall's SLS efforts throughout the Americas.

SLS scientists and technical experts are intimate with the industries that they support and maintain close relationships with leading-edge customers. This enables them to provide innovative, customized solutions that give customers a competitive advantage. There are SLS laboratories in over 38 locations around the world. Dr. Tousi earned his Ph.D., M.S. and B.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tulsa. Dr. Tousi, has been widely published, pioneered early work in aerosol monitoring for gas applications in the semiconductor industry and has presented at numerous conferences
