Shanghai boosts in the field of analytical chemistry: huge investments planned in 2005

In the run-up of International Scientific Instruments, Chemical Reagent and Laboratory Equipment Expo (ISCL) 2005 (May, 25th-27th ,2005), the organizer of the exhibition performed a brief survey among 30 governmental R&D institutions of the commercial region of Shanghai.

The thirty interviewees have shown the willingness to purchase 538 sets of instruments in 2005, involving the instrument for analytical, biochemical and medical analysis, electronic and measure, and laboratory equipment and reagent. Therefore the upcoming ISCL 2005 is gaining in importance. Shanghai, one key science and technology development center of China, is implementing the strategic policy of reviving the city by science and education.
