Olympus Europe acquires Soft Imaging System
Olympus and Soft Imaging System have successfully worked together for many years in the light-optical microscopy market. Taking this co-operation further, Olympus Europe today announced that it acquired Soft Imaging System and its subsidiaries.
Soft Imaging System's software and hardware for imaging and microscopy are excellent additions to the Olympus microscopy and imaging product range. Together the two companies guarantee the highest quality, most innovative solutions and flexible products for microscopy imaging requirements on the market today and in future.
Olympus and Soft Imaging System have a clear vision of what future requirements are going to be in the area of light-optical microscopy as well as imaging applications overall.
