MHS-15 MERCURY/HYDRIDE ACCESSORY IMPROVES MEASUREMENT OF MERCURY AND HYDRIDE-FORMING ELEMENTS IN AA SPECTROMETRY
The new, updated MHS-15 Mercury/Hydride System from PerkinElmer Instruments facilitates high-sensitivity determinations of mercury and metallic hydride-forming elements, including As, Se, Sb, Te, Bi, and Sn, using flame Atomic absorption Spectrometry (AAS). This inexpensive accessory is used in thousands of labs as a convenient answer to low-cost, high-sensitivity mercury/hydride analysis on-demand.
Using the MHS-15, the analyte is completely separated from the matrix, virtually eliminating interferences. It is the preferred technique for trace determinations of mercury and hydride-forming elements, offering the best possible detection limits down to the nanogram range. This handy accessory is quick to set up, simple to learn, and easy to use. And, its reliability has been proven in tens of thousands of laboratories worldwide.
The MHS-15 is free-standing and placed adjacent to the AA sample compartment. It works with all PerkinElmer Instruments Atomic Absorption Spectrometers.
