Management Change in Roche's Corporate Executive Committee
Effective July 1 2003, Gottlieb Keller will join Roche's Corporate Executive Committee and take over Corporate Human Resources and Pharma Site Management Basel and Kaiseraugust, in addition to his existing responsibilities. Corporate Communications will report to the CEO.
Dr. sc. pol. Daniel Villiger who joined Roche in 1999 has significantly strengthened Corporate Human Resources introducing new policies and programs in the areas of management development, international assignments and employee stock programs (Roche Connect). In addition, since 2000 Daniel Villiger has been responsible for the site services in Basel and Kaiseraugst.
Dr. iur. Gottlieb Keller began his career at Roche 1984 in Corporate Law. From 1989 onwards he held various positions in Pharma Marketing in Grenzach, Germany. From 1992 to 1995 he was Assistant to the Chairman. In 1996 he took over responsibility for Human Resources Roche Grenzach and became Chairman of the Executive Board of Roche Deutschland Holding GmbH before being promoted to his current position in 1999.
