Schenck Process acquires UK process equipment manufacturer
Extending portfolio in the mixing, milling and classification areas
PCL is a UK based designer and manufacturer of powder processing and handling equipment, components and spare parts, serving the Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Environmental industries.

The parties agreed not to disclose the financial terms of the transaction, which is financed by existing funds on balance sheet.
