25 years SensoTech

03-Sep-2015 - Germany

In 1990 the engineers Dr. Ingo Benecke and Mathias Bode founded the SensoTech GmbH in Magdeburg, Germany. With technical knowledge the potential of sonic velocity measurement for inline and accurate determination of liquid concentrations was early recognized.

The application fields have been expanded continuously over the years and include industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical, food technology, automotive and metal production, cleaning technology and semiconductor industry. In addition to the concentration measurement, the inline analyzers are used successfully for phase separation or reaction monitoring like in polymerizations and crystallizations.

As a company operating worldwide the export share is high and partnerships with international sales representatives have been established. Due to the growth of the company, in 2008 the course was set for building the new headquarters in Magdeburg-Barleben, Germany. After inauguration, the U.S. subsidiary was founded in 2013.
