New Management at Bochem Instrumente GmbH
After 50 years, Jürgen Bochem, co-owner and management member at Bochem lnstrumente GmbH, is taking his leave into retirement. Peter Müller, who has been a member of the company's management for over 25 years, will take over Mr. Bochem's shares on the first of January 2015, in order to continue leading the Weilburg-based company together with his wife Anke Müller. While Peter Müller will remain in charge of technical developments, his wife Anke Müller will continue to share the commercial department's leadership with her husband. Both will take on an equal share in the former co-owner's sales responsibilities, while keeping up a strong focus on continuity. ln the context of these personnel changes, Head of Marketing, Bianca Bochem, is also leaving the company at the end of the year.
Same, same but different
"Bochem has been a family enterprise since its inception, and this is not going to change", says long-term co-owner Jürgen Bochem. Product quality, faithfulness to partners, quick and flexible reaction to customer's requests or reliability in the cooperation with others are important success factors for the owners, which are bound to make a difference in the long run and will continue to be valid in the future.
