Oxea Certified as ‘Top Employer in Germany 2015’
An independent review by Dutch research company Top Employers Institute has certified Oxea as ‘Top Employer in Germany 2015’. In the field of human resources, Oxea has made a name for itself as a forward-looking employer concerned with continually improving its working environment and investing in employee development. The in-depth review looked closely at criteria such as talent strategy, personnel planning, new employee integration, training and development, performance management, senior management development, career and succession planning, compensation and other benefits, as well as corporate culture. Just recently the German news magazine Focus awarded Oxea first place as the best medium-sized employer in Germany's chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
"This certification is an added incentive for Oxea to keep evolving as an employer," said Dr. Martina Flöel, spokesperson of Oxea’s Executive Board.
