CHEMIE.DE brings scientists into the internet
The online information provider is a Gold Sponsor at the "Science Forum Chemistry 2013"
Being able to exchange information globally over the internet is essential for scientists these days. To ensure on-site internet access for the participants of this year's "Science Forum Chemistry" CHEMIE.DE Information Service GmbH will sponsor Wi-Fi access throughout the congress, which will be held from 1 to 4 September in Darmstadt’s "Darmstadtium".
The "Science Forum Chemistry", which is hosted by the German Chemical Society (GDCh), is regarded as the most significant congress for chemistry in Germany. This year's event takes place under the heading "Chemistry – Element of our Life". Some 2000 scientists will listen to lectures given by international experts on highly topical issues, such as "fracking", and participate in discussions. Energy production has become ever more important in recent years, and so the integrated advanced training convention "teaching chemistry" will focus on renewable energy this year.
"We are delighted to support this high-profile scientific event as a Gold Sponsor alongside renowned companies such as Bayer and Evonik", says Stefan Knecht, Managing Director of CHEMIE.DE. "In providing internet access to the participants we are offering a service that is exactly in line with our company's philosophy: we bring together chemistry and the internet."
