Mark Sutherland Joins Grace as Vice President, Investor Relations

W. R. Grace & Co. announced that J. Mark Sutherland has joined the company as Vice President, Investor Relations.
Mark joins Grace from The Lubrizol Corporation where he served as Lubrizol's investor relations officer for six years. Prior to that, Mark was the general manager of a Lubrizol specialty chemicals business. Mark joined Lubrizol in 1981 and held a number of business leadership roles in his 30-year career with the company. Mark holds a degree in chemistry from The College of Wooster and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
