Dow Corning Names Mavom Chemical Solutions as Solar Solutions Distributor
Dow Corning Corp. has named Mavom Chemical Solutions as distributor of its silicon-based solutions for solar applications in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Based in the Netherlands and Belgium, Mavom will apply its production, marketing and sales expertise to Dow Corning’s Solar Business. The company is already a distributor of Dow Corning’s Electronics solutions, and industrial sealants and Molykote® special lubricants for the automotive, maintenance, original equipment, appliance and aviation markets. Mavom also has rich experience in the solar market, working directly with many of Dow Corning’s customers.
Allison Ashbrook, global distribution manager of Dow Corning’s Solar Business, called the growing relationship a “natural fit.”
