VWR International, LLC, Acquires AMRESCO Inc.
VWR International, LLC announced that it has acquired AMRESCO Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of high quality biochemicals and reagents for Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, Proteomics, Clinical and Histology areas of research and production.

Founded in 1976 and based in Solon, Ohio, AMRESCO supplies standard and custom products to the Diagnostics, Molecular Biology, Molecular Diagnostics, Biotechnology and Research Specialty Chemicals customers.
