Univar to distribute Innophos’ calcium phosphates throughout Europe
Univa announced the addition of Innophos’ full range of calcium phosphate products to its European portfolio in both the pharmaceutical and food industries. This will further extend the wide range of nutritious ingredients Univar offers to its pharmaceutical and food customers. These products are widely used as a robust tablet filler or potent source of calcium for many pharmaceutical applications and are common in everyday products such as tablets, chewable multivitamins and nutritional drinks.
Innophos is a producer of chemical grade phosphates such as calcium phosphates and specialty phosphates that improve the functionality of many types of consumer and industrial goods. Univar will operate as Innophos’ partner for its calcium phosphates range in Europe, which consists of di- and tri-calcium phosphate powders under the CALIPHARM® brand and the popular granular products, Di-TAB®, A-TAB® and Tri-TAB®.
