Andy Green Joins Celanese as Vice President of Investor Relations

Celanese Corporation announced the appointment of Andy Green as vice president -- Investor Relations, effective immediately, reporting to Mark Oberle, senior vice president -- Corporate Affairs.
Green will assume responsibility for the company’s investor relations function, including accountability for the company’s communications with the financial community, and other constituencies.
Green joins Celanese from Wachovia Capital Markets, where he was most recently managing director, High Yield Group. He has also held previous management positions with Eaton Corporation and within the United States Navy.
Green holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Duke University and is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy.
