Francisco Partners to Acquire STARLIMS
A Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solution, STARLIMS is a product suite that improves both quality and safety for organizations throughout the entire product lifecycle, beginning with R&D. For more than 35 years, STARLIMS software solutions have helped organizations to manage the collection, processing, storage, retrieval and analysis of information generated in laboratories.
Since 1986, the STARLIMS business has accelerated worldwide sales growth to now serve more than 1,100 customers across 60 countries spanning the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Today, STARLIMS solutions are used by top companies in the life sciences, pharma & biotech, chemical & refining, food & beverage, manufacturing, environmental, public health and forensics sectors.
