About the Alliance to End Plastic Waste

AEPW is a not-for-profit organization, partnering with the finance community, government and civil society, including environmental and economic development NGOs. The Alliance is made up of about 30 companies that have committed more than $1 billion, with the goal of investing $1.5 billion over the next five years to help end plastic waste in the environment. The Alliance will develop, deploy and bring to scale solutions that will minimize and manage plastic waste and promote solutions for used plastics, including reuse, recovery, and recycling plastic to keep it out of the environment.
