SPECTRO and Bernd Kraft announce cooperation agreement
SPECTRO Analytical Instruments GmbH and Bernd Kraft GmbH announced a cooperation agreement between the two companies that went into effect on January 1, 2018.
As part of this agreement, every customer from Germany, Austria and Switzerland will automatically receive a starter set of high-quality standard solutions when purchasing a SPECTRO ICP spectrometer. The starter kit is a perfect complement to SPECTRO’s high-performance spectrometers and will be provided by Bernd Kraft. By using these ready-to-use and certified multielement standards, customers can be certain that their analysis devices are optimally adjusted from the start – a prerequisite for correct analysis results. Calibration errors caused by out-of-date or contaminated standard solutions will be eliminated.
Another advantage, especially for accredited laboratories that are regularly audited by external auditors, is the fact that the proper device calibration can be documented on the basis of the product certificates. By combining the quality products of SPECTRO and Bernd Kraft, customers not only will receive first-class results but also meet the requirements of external auditors.
“We are delighted to have gained Bernd Kraft GmbH, a high-profile partner who is able to supply our customers with standard solutions of the highest quality”, explains Dr. Christoph Mätzig, CEO of SPECTRO. “With these solutions, our high-end devices can be optimally commissioned on site.”
“The cooperation agreement is the logical consequence of the good collaboration between two first-class companies. Our experience has shown that constructive and cooperative teamwork brings success for all parties. We, therefore, are delighted to further deepen our business relationship with SPECTRO,” says Thomas Brunner, CEO of Bernd Kraft.
