Management buy out of ChargePoint Technology
ChargePoint Technology has been purchased from its previous owner Powder Systems Limited (PSL). Continuous success of the ChargePoint product range provided the opportunity for a management buy out supported by The Co-operative Bank and 3i. This enables the new company ChargePoint Technology Ltd to focus and expand, allowing the already growing range of products to reach their full potential.
The existing team of experienced sales, engineering, and production staff has been further strengthened to support the current and projected growth. Extensive research and development continues to take ChargePoint Technology into new markets.
