Colonial Chemical launches new website for connecting with customers
Colonial Chemical has recently launched a newly designed website that offers many new functions and benefits, according to the company.
Dropdown menus and clear product categories have improved the site’s navigation, while giving customers and information-seekers the ability to find a specific product with one click. After a customer has found products of interest, they are able to request literature, samples or more information directly from the site. The new Sales Network page gives potential customers the ability to quickly connect with a sales representative in their area.
“Presenting our customers with clear information about our products and services is our goal with this new website.” said company president, David Anderson. “We are constantly trying to improve customer service and providing our customers with extensive knowledge at the click of a mouse is just one way we’re doing that.”
