Harry Snyder (executive)



Harry Snyder is a former executive of BioCryst Pharmaceuticals in Birmingham, Alabama. He and his wife have been sentenced to federal prison for falsifying clinical trial data. They were convicted in March 2000 of conspiracy, mail fraud and making false statements to the US Food and Drug Administration. On August 31, a federal court judge in Birmingham sentenced Harry Snyder and Renee Peugeot (his wife), to three years and two and a half years in prison, respectively.
