About Labman
For over 30 years Labman has been developing bespoke robotics, laboratory automation equipment, software and electronic solutions for customers. We have installations worldwide, there is even a Labman robot in the Arctic Circle!
Labman is very good at producing bespoke automated machines, our core philosophies based on communication, flexibility and quality. We keep the shop floor open plan to ensure nothing is ever undertaken in isolation, we actively encourage our software engineers to operate the CNC cutting machinery and run a snappy company wide meeting every week.
The atmosphere at Labman is very important and is reflected in our work. Everything we do requires an understanding of it's rationale and where it fits in with the company and their employee's aims.
We have a core document that forms part of the training at Labman, the 'Labman Strategy and Vision'. This sets out how and why we do what we do and with what frame of mind it is to be achieved with.
