About VERMES
Anno 1946 Mr. Vermes a Hungarian merchant of chemical products laid the foundation of the former VERMES Chemie. He was a pioneer in the development of roller ball inks in the field of the at that time new wiriting technology. After the death of the company's founder Dr. Eduard Woellner, shareholder of the Woellner-Group, took over the business in the beginning of the seventies. Under his management VERMES Chemie established high value accessories for recording technology, a business carried on this very day. Because of the increasing entering of technical products the company was renamed as VERMES Technik in the eighties. Since 2000 the company is managed by Dr. Angela Jacobi, the daughter of Dr. Eduard Woellner.
